California Digital Equity Plan
The State of California has taken a major step toward closing the digital divide with the release of the State Digital Equity Plan. The plan will allow the state to apply for a Digital Equity Capacity Grant funded by the Digital Equity Act, which is a part of the bipartisan Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) of 2021.
